After joining the Diversified Specialty Metals Corporation in 1997, we expanded our product line and processing capabilities to offer a full selection of products and services to our valued customers.

1978
Due to continual expansion and a loyal customer base a second Branch is opened in Montreal, Quebec.
1997
Diversified Stainless is acquired by Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals Inc.
2011
Aluminum Sheet and Plate in 3000, 5000 and 6000 series is introduced as a new product line.
2016
Aluminum Extrusions are added to the current product lines.
2018
Diversified Ulbrich moves to their new corporate facility at 150 New Huntington Road, Woodbridge, Ontario.
