Due to continual expansion and a loyal customer base a second Branch is opened in Montreal, Quebec.
1997
Diversified Stainless is acquired by Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals Inc.
2011
Aluminum Sheet and Plate in 3000, 5000 and 6000 series is introduced as a new product line.
2016
Aluminum Extrusions are added to the current product lines.
2018
Diversified moves to their new corporate facility at 150 New Huntington Road, Woodbridge, Ontario.
2024
Diversified joined the Canadian Specialty Metals Group of companies.
